Exhibitor Set-up Times: Monday, August 4 – 8:00
a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Show Hours: Monday, August 4 – Saturday, August
9 – 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 10 – 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
50% deposit required with application.
No refunds on cancellations within 30 days of
the event.
EVENT PRICING:
First 10’ X 10’ - $575.00 Additional 10’ X 10’ -
$525.00
*Food Vendor 10’ X 10’ - $950.00
Electricity 5 amps / 500 watt - $60.00
Additional charge for service over 5 amps.
Vendor must supply own UL approved extension
cords.
Special Event Fee (per vendor, not booth) -
$40.00
*Does not include any additional charges from
local, county or other health department fees.
Food vendor is responsible for contacting health
department.
