Set Up: Wednesday, August 6 AFTER 3:00 P.M. NO swapping!
Show dates: Thursday through Saturday, August 7, 8, 9.
Show Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Spaces Available in the Open Area, Patio, Super Size Spaces and Covered Areas.
Swap items for sale must be auto related or genuine pre-1972 nostalgia only.
Overnight camping in your vendor space is permitted.
RV spaces available – No hookups. No selling in RV space. Dump station on property. Restrooms have showers.
RV spaces open Wednesday, August 6, after 3:00 p.m.
Security is provided Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Area is extremely large and neither WPE, HAN, or any of its employees shall be held responsible for any loss or damage occasioned by theft, fire, smoke, acts of God, public enemy, riot, civil commotion or other insurable hereto with respect to any loss or damage. It shall be the responsibility of WPE and exhibitor respectively to secure their own insurance or otherwise protect themselves and its property against any such loss or damage.
No trailer storage on RLEC property. Please contact Hot August Nights for storage 775-356-1956.
Tear down: Saturday, August 9 after 6:00 pm – must vacate by noon Sunday, Aug. 10

There are acres to look at in either our Nostalgia fair, outdoor swap area or one of our three car corrals, both indoor and outdoor. We also have a large amount of outdoor covered spaces
