EVENT INFORMATION

The Peppermill Hotel/Casino is the happenin’ place for Hot August Nights. Get there early and stay late as on Monday, August 2, the Peppermill hosts Hot August Nights Official Kick- Off Party. With no other venues active, it is the busiest place around! Live entertainment, show competition, celebrity signings, a special show tent for those specialty show vehicles as well as hundreds of show & shine automobiles will entertain you for hours. You can find your favorite place to sit and relax and just watch the thousands of street rods cruise through the venue or spend some time visiting the many vendors surrounding the whole show & shine area.

The Peppermill will keep you Rockin’ & Rollin’ all week long as it’s the only venue open for the entire week long event of Hot August Nights. You’re sure to find a souvenir that fits your needs. Have something to eat or drink while you appreciate your favorite vehicle.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Event Pricing:

•	First 10’ X 10’ - $575.00, Additional 10’ X 10’ - $525.00
•	Food Vendor 10’ X 10’ - $1,100.00 Does not include any additional charges from local, county or other health department fees. Food vendor is responsible for contacting health department.
•	Electricity 5 amps / 500 watt - $60.00 Additional charge for service over 5 amps. Vendor must supply own UL approved extension cords.
•	Special Event Fee (per vendor, not booth) - $40.00
	50% deposit required with application. No refunds within 60 days of event.

Exhibitor Set-up Times:
Monday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
Exhibitors Show Hours:
Monday - Saturday 2:00 PM to 10:00 p.m
Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m (Optional)

Exhibitors Teardown:
Saturday after 11:00 PM or Sunday
