EVENT INFORMATION

Reno's Arch Plaza is the newest downtown venue for the 2010 Hot August Nights. In response to requests for a downtown outdoor venue, we now have a fantastic location on Virginia Street just below the Famous Reno Arch, a stones throw away from Harrah's Casino. With the daily downtown show and shine and the night time cruising, crowds will be in abundance to shop and enjoy the many exhibitors with their handmade items as well as automotive exhibits.

VENDOR INFORMATION

•	First 10' x 10' - $350
•	Additional 10' x 10' - $300
•	Special Event Fee (per vendor, not booth) - $40
•	50% deposit required with application
•	No refunds within 60 days of event

Exhibitor Set-up Times:
Tuesday, 10:00am to 5:00pm
Exhibitors Show Hours:
Wednesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 9:00pm
Sunday, 9:00am to close of parade Exhibit Teardown:
Sunday after parade, approximately 1:00pm
